A hit-and-run victim, Eugene, was a bit of a nobody, and always convinced that aliens were coming to Earth, specifically to retrieve technology in his possession. Now Gwen finds herself drawn into his world and realises Eugene may still be helping her locate the 'aliens' - despite him being dead.
01. Eugene's House- 13.05
We would have struggled to find this location, but the Torchwood production team were kind enough to show the sequence at the end where the camera zooms out from the house. Slowing down the video we were able to pinpoint the house to Beechwood Drive in Penarth.
02. Two eggs, ham and chips- 15.03
Gwen visits Ramon's. A quick search on google will tell you this is the best place in the world for a hangover-cure breakfast. Located on Salisbury road, Ramon's is well known for its huge meals that won't break the bank. Being close to the University and Museum, it is popular with the students, tourists as well as the locals. Be sure to visit.
03. La Tasca- 20.47
Gwen takes Linda for a drink in La Tasca. This fine restaurant is located in The Old Brewery Quarter. They serve authentic spanish cuisine in friendly surroundings. Click here for their website.
04. Black holes and the uncertainty principle- 28.36
Gwen and Eugiene travel to Aberystwyth, to the Science and Natural History Museum. They actually filmed this part in the National Museum, Cardiff. Located in Cathays Park, the museum is home to a fine array of art, archaeology, natural history and geology. Click here for more more information and what's on at the moment. Admission is free.
